** All Balances Must Be Paid 15 Days before Event **


** Guest Deposit is Non-Refundable in Case of Cancelation **


** For Venue Packages, the Number of People inside the House may not exceed 8 Guests at a any Given Time **


** The 5 Hour Venue Package Window can be Chosen from 3pm to 11pm **


** A $500 Refundable Damage Deposit will be put on Hold, and will be Returned Next Day if No Damages are Reported **


** All Events are Outdoor Events Only **
